eSIM Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for eSIM purchases under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • The eSIM has not been used or activated, and

  • The eSIM is experiencing technical issues that prevent it from connecting to the network, despite following all setup instructions.

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • The eSIM has been successfully activated and used more than 50% of the package.

  • The 30-day window has passed since the date of purchase.


How to Request a Refund

If your eSIM is eligible for a return, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Order number or Email address

  • A brief description of the issue (if applicable)

  • A screenshot of the error message or failed connection attempt (if applicable)

Approved Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
